The anime adaptation of 2.5 Dimensional Seduction has released a new character trailer, introducing Noa/NONOA and Aria Kisaki as the latest additions to the main cast. This trailer provides audiences with their first glimpse of these two characters.

Sayumi Suzushiro lends her voice to Noa, an aspiring yet introverted cosplayer, while Sayumi Watabe portrays the lively Aria. Additionally, it has been confirmed that the anime series, commencing in July, will span two consecutive cours.

The anime production team includes director Hideki Okamoto (Konohana Kitan, Manaria Friends), series composer Takao Yoshioka (Horimiya), character designer Tomoyuki Shitaya (The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess), music composer Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie), and animation production by J.C.STAFF.

2.5 Dimensional Seduction is an anime adaptation of Yuu Hashimoto's romantic comedy manga, centered around the world of cosplay. The manga originally debuted on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ platform in 2019 and currently comprises 19 tankoubon volumes as of January 2024.

Seven Seas Entertainment describes the plot as: 

“I have no interest in real girls!” So claims Okumura, the president of the school’s manga club. He’s your typical otaku, obsessed with a sexy (fictional) 2D manga character known as Liliel. Then the new school year starts, and a (real!) 3D girl named Lilysa whose passion is cosplay joins the club. Lilysa convinces Okumura to become her photographer–and guess who her favorite manga character is? Not only that, but Lilysa is into modeling the fetishy stuff! The boundaries between 2D and 3D start to blur as this hot-blooded romantic comedy unfolds.
