As the January 7 Japanese premiere date draws near, the anime adaptation of The 7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy! unveils a new trailer and key visual, generating excitement for its release.

The trailer offers a preview of the opening song, "Another Birthday" by Junichi Toki, and the ending song, "Kienai" by THE BINARY.

The anime production team consists of director Kazuya Iwata (Love After World Domination), character designer by Kenichi Ohnuki (Golden Kamuy Season 1 and 2), series composer by Touko Machida (The Reincarnation of the Strongest Exorcist in Another World), sub-character designers Wakako Yoshida, Jou Tanaka (Initial D: Extra Stage character designer), and Chisa Shibata, main animators Hideki Inoue (Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens character designer) and Tooru Imanishi (Super Cub character designer), and Satoshi Houno (Lapis Re:LiGHTs) and Kasai Ryuunosuke (Love After World Domination co-composer) handling music composers. The animation production is handled by Studio KAI and HORNETS.

The 7th Time Loop anime is an adaptation of the light novel series "OVERLAP Novels f" written by Touko Amekawa and illustrated by Wan Hachipisu. According to Seven Seas Entertainment, the books are described as follows:

The light novels, which started in October 2020, currently consist of six volumes as of December 2023. In December 2020, a manga adaptation by Hinoki Kino was launched. The story initially made its debut as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in February 2020.
