The highly anticipated Season 3 of Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest is scheduled to air during the Fall 2024 anime season. An enticing key visual has been unveiled, heightening excitement for the upcoming season.

Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest is an anime adaptation of the popular light novel series published by Overlap Bunko, written by Ryou Shirakome and illustrated by Takaya-ki. The first season of the anime aired in 2019, directed by the late Kinji Yoshimoto and produced by Asred and White Fox. The second season, produced by Asread and Studio Mother, premiered in 2022. The announcement for Season 3 followed later that year.

The anime production team includes director Akira Iwanaga (Season 2), series composer and scriptwriter Shouichi Satou (returning, co-credit in Season 1), character designer and chief animation director Chika Kojima (returning), and animation production by Asread.

The Arifureta: From Commonplace to World's Strongest light novel series debuted in 2015 and currently consists of 20 volumes, which encompass side stories and a short story anthology as of September 2022. The story originally started as a web novel published on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2013. Additionally, there is a manga adaptation of the series illustrated by RoGa.
