Exciting news for fans of Kouji Miura's Blue Box manga (Ao no Hako) as it has been announced that an anime adaptation is in the works, accompanied by a captivating teaser visual. The talented Shouya Chiba and Ueda Reina have been cast in the lead roles, bringing to life the characters Taiki and Chinatsu, respectively.

Originally a one-shot released in 2020, the manga Blue Box, published by Shueisha, gained popularity and was subsequently serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2021. As of October 2023, the series has reached an impressive milestone with twelve volumes released under the esteemed Jump Comics label. Viz Media describes the plot as:
