An anime adaptation of the Chillin’ in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers light novel series will begin airing in 2024. A trailer and visual have been released along with main staff and cast details.

Yoshiaki Iwasaki (We Never Learn: Bokuben) is directing the show at J.C Staff with Megumi Shimizu (Tomo-chan Is a GIrl!) as series composer, Soudai Suwa (Reign of the Seven Spellblades) as character designer, and Kujira Yumemi (Reign of the Seven Spellblades) as music composer. The main characters Flio and Fenrys are played by Satoshi Hino and Rie Kugimiya, respectively.

The Chillin’ in Another World with Level 2 Super Cheat Powers light novel series, which is written by Miya Kinojo and illustrated by Katagiri, began in 2016 and will release its 16th volume on October 26 this year. The books are published under the Overlap Novels label.
