Masato Oosuki is a teen who is generally irritated by his overly adoring mother, Mamako, until they are both teleported to a fantasy-themed realm within an online game. Masato tries his hardest to demonstrate his prowess in the game, but he is continuously frustrated by the fact that his mother has considerably higher numbers, allowing her to effortlessly dispatch all opponents with her dual swords, leaving little room for him to perform. They meet three girls who join their party on the way. As they progress through the game's tasks, they realize that it was initially intended to assist improve the relationships between parents and their children.
