Nano Eiai is the latest heroine to join Rentaro's growing swathe of sweethearts in this season's The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, REALLY Love You anime, leading to the release of a fourth (and certainly not the last) character visual. The illustration was released after the Japanese premiere of the show’s fifth episode, which features Nano’s debut.

The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You is based on the Shueisha-published romantic comedy manga written by Rikito Nakamura and drawn by Yukiko Nozawa, which began serialization in Weekly Young Jump in 2019 and has 15 tankoubon volumes as of October 2023. The anime begin airing on October 8 and is streamed by Crunchyroll outside Japan.
