The TV anime series Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister is set to premiere sometime this year, accompanied by the release of a teaser trailer and character visual.

Yuujirou Abe, known for directing Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! and the upcoming Konosuba Season 3, is taking the helm as the director of the show at Drive. Other notable staff members include Hiroshi Watanabe, who serves as the assistant director and has previously directed Meiji Tokyo Renka: Yumihari no Serenade and Meiji Tokyo Renka: Hanakagami no Fantasia, Yasuko Aoki as the series composer (known for her work on The Demon Prince of the Momochi House), and Ryou Kawasaki and Tomoyuki Kono as the music composers.

The main cast of Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister includes Ryouta Suzuki as Uryuu Kamihate, Sumire Uesaka as Yae Amagami, Kaede Hondo as Yuna Amagami, and Shion Wakayama as Asahi Amagami.

Marcey Naito's Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister manga began as a one-shot in Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2020 and later transitioned into a serialized series in 2021. As of December 2023, thirteen tankoubon volumes have been published under the Kodansha Comics label.
